Mohannad brings 7 years of communication and strategic planning experience. for the past 3 years and during Elixir’s time, Mohannad worked in several projects within vision2030 ecosystem such as working on a project with an objective of increasing the dynamics of the labor market, where his contribution was in understanding the target groups and their needs, and design solutions that suit them taking into consideration all stakeholders objectives and needs. Mohannad worked on drafting the policies and regulations for changing the Saudi Labor Law. And also Mohannad worked on a project that aims to increase the efficiency of Government spending in the educational sector where he analyzed OpEx and CapEx expenditure also the human capital productivity. Also, Mohannad worked in developing the communication strategy for the largest VRP program and deigned the internal governance that includes +35 entities.
prior to joining elixir, Mohannad worked successful digital marketing campaigns in Saudi Arabia. For over 5 years, he has been successfully matching client's objectives, he worked in so many cases, for multinational brands, ministries, and startups. and also, he gave 4 workshops in Digital Marketing for universities and training for companies. Mohannad came from an advertising background and he is passionate about marketing and he is also a smart learner who can adapt to any project.
